Rocking JA Farms LLC is not limited to one lane. Current and planned work includes:

- Virtual Machine Hosting Reliable VM infrastructure for labs, workloads, and clients.
- LLM Research Local model training and experimentation — we run our own models.
- Texas crops (future growers) Organic rice, conventional rice, and hybrid rice — plus corn, soybeans, and cotton.
About Jordan
From lease crews to the North Slope
Jordan Anderson started working at fifteen — summer lease-crew labor in the oilfield, painting saltwater tanks, making tie-ins, and handling repairs. In high school he worked at McDonald’s as a junior, then picked up part-time work at Hunt Oilfield Supply that carried through the first half of senior year.
From there he went to the farm in Ganado, Texas, as a skilled laborer: running equipment, plowing and planting, and keeping rice-well pumps and flood water moving when the paddies needed it. He held that work while studying at Texas State Technical College in Palacios, earning an AAS with a focus on Environmental Health & Safety.
His first safety role was at Formosa Plastics, contracted under Testengeer Inc. It wasn’t the right fit, so he broke back into the oilfield with Magnum Services LLC as a heavy equipment operator — backhoe and other iron — while still farming on the side.
Hilcorp Energy came next: plant operator, then control-room operator, control-room lead, and SCADA tech. He later transferred to the Prudhoe Bay fields in Alaska as a process automation tech, where he still works today — with Rocking JA Farms LLC waiting as the long game for when he’s ready to retire into his own land.

Rocking JA Farms LLC is Jordan’s company mark — heritage texture up front, modern capability underneath. The brand sits at the intersection of Texas agriculture, specialized outdoor work, and serious compute.
This site is the home base while the farm, hunts, hosting, and research lines come online.
